At Homesake, our topmost priority is to deliver the product to our valued customers at the earliest possible. We Delivery almost all over India at no extra cost to customers.
We try everyday to make beautiful and utilitarian products, and ensure they reach you as quickly as possible, in the best condition.

Shipping Time:

Time taken to Dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and Quantity. Though we try to dispatch everything within 48 hours of receiving the order. In case there is any delays, our team will intimate you same.

Our shipping is free Pan India, and we do provide Free Cash-on-Delivery service at majority of locations, with a fee of INR 60 on orders below 500.

All our lights are QC tested, and as per the specifications. We understand it can be dubious to buy lights or décor online, but please rest assured we have an entire team dedicated to make sure perfect and nothing less than perfect product reaches you.

Courier Partners:

We only work with reputed courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Bluedart etc. for domestic deliveries. For remote locations sometime Speed post is used where no other courier services are available.
For International Deliveries we use DHL, Fedex and Aramex.

Delivery Time:

Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 2-10 days from shipping. Smaller products in most of the Metros are delivered within one day also. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.
For customised and bulk orders, customers are requested to get in touch with us at care@homesake.in or contact through our number 0120-4206972. The above shipping terms are not applicable in these cases and customers are informed about it upfront.
