Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

At Homesake, every light is carefully packed and quality-checked before it reaches your home.
However, if something arrives damaged, defective, malfunctioning, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right. 💛

You may choose either:

  • A free replacement of the same product
    or
  • A one-time exchange against another product of equal or lower value

Kindly share:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Images of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.


📦 Return & Pickup Conditions

To be eligible for replacement or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition as received
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be retained
  • Products showing signs of usage, installation, damage after delivery, or incomplete packaging may not qualify

In applicable cases, Homesake will arrange a pickup after verification.

As many of our lights are handcrafted and packed with care, each request is individually reviewed by our support and quality team to ensure a fair resolution for everyone.

The final resolution — including replacement, exchange eligibility, and approval of claims — will be determined by the Homesake team after inspection and verification.
