If anything feels not-quite-home, we’re here to make it right — quickly & kindly.

🛠️ If Something Arrives Damaged / Incorrect / Missing

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item/size
  • Missing parts

We offer your choice of:
✨ Free replacement
✨ Exchange for another product (equal value)
✨ Full refund of item cost

📌 How to report it
Email care@homesake.in within 48 hours of delivery
Include order details + clear photos of the issue

We arrange free pickup → verify condition → send replacement/refund.
Item must be unused & in original packaging.

Missing a part? We’ll send the missing component after verification. ✔️

😌 If You Changed Your Mind

(Didn’t like it / size not right / doesn’t match your space)

We hope you love every piece — but we understand tastes are personal.
You can return within 7 days of delivery.

📌 Who pays return courier?
→ For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping cost
(We will assist with the return pickup)

📌 Eligibility
✔ Unused, uninstalled, unaltered
✔ Original packaging, tags & accessories intact
❌ No scratches, stains, or installation marks

Once the product passes quality check → refund/exchange is processed.

💳 Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → we’ll ask for your bank details
    (COD fee is non-refundable)

Refund reflects in 5–7 working days after QC approval
(depending on your bank)

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel anytime before dispatch — full refund, no fees.
Once shipped, standard return rules apply.

Custom lights are made specially for your home ✨
Therefore they are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-cancellable
  • No COD

Only replaced if damaged/incorrect upon delivery.

We pack custom pieces extra-securely to prevent transit damage. 📦

🏢 Bulk Orders

Orders above ₹50,000 count as Bulk. 
These are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Individually defective items can be replaced

Bulk delivery timelines are confirmed during order finalization.
